This brand new facility was opened in September 2021 and provides one of the best training environments in the south of Cambridge. Bridge at ‘The Works’ forms part of the exciting new Unity Campus development which is conveniently located on the edge of Pampisford and provides direct links to the A11 & M11 and of course easy access to Cambridge City Centre together with villages such as Whittlesford and the Shelfords.
The new facility comprises a spacious open gym installed and finished to the highest specification, a studio in which we currently hold the majority of our yoga and pilates classes and a treatment room that houses the Injury Active clinic who provide an excellent range of treatments and will be on hand to assist with a range of conditions. In addition to this we have included a coffee bar that will be sure to help with any post workout recovery!
