Working to deliver the most purposeful, enjoyable experience you can possible have with a personal trainer, Craig brings a plethora of personal training experience in many different training modalities. Training in the planes of movement and delving into every facet of training, he works with you to increase strength, fitness, power, flexibility, body stability and aesthetic goals. Along the way he will also teach you how to best fuel your body whilst presenting sessions that a full of fun, laughter and challenges.
